A developer who also runs the ops.

Every business has a pile of small stuff nobody owns: the admin, the website that broke last week, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. That's usually what I take over.

I'm Md Rishad Rahman, a web developer and operations VA, which matters more than it sounds. When something repeats every week, I stop and ask whether it should just be a tool, then I build it: a website feature, a dashboard, or an AI automation.

I've been freelancing since 2019, with 100+ clients across the world, and one client has stayed with me since 2022: their websites, admin, coordination and research. I work remotely and set overlap hours for your timezone.
