Privacy Policy

This site is run by Rishad (Md Rishad Rahman). This page explains what information it collects and what happens to it. The short version: I only collect what you choose to send me, and I use it to reply to you.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, your email address and your message, including any project details you choose to add (such as your country, website, budget, timeline or how you found me).
• Direct messages: anything you send me by email, WhatsApp or social media.
• Your IP address, briefly and only in memory, so the contact form can limit repeated submissions. It is not stored or linked to you.

How it is used

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work if we work together. I do not sell your information, send marketing to people who haven't asked for it, or use advertising trackers.

How the form works

When you submit the contact form, it is sent to my inbox as an email. The site does not keep a database of submissions.

Cookies and storage

This site has no analytics or advertising cookies. It stores one preference in your browser (your light or dark theme) so it can remember your choice. That value never leaves your device.

Who else handles data

Your message passes through my web host and my email provider so that it can be delivered. They process it only for that purpose.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries and client correspondence for as long as I need them to respond and to keep a record of the work. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you by emailing varishadrahman@gmail.com. I'll reply within a few days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
