Terms of Service

These are the plain terms for working with me (Rishad, Md Rishad Rahman). Using this site or asking for my help means you agree to them. If you need something different, tell me before we start and we'll write it down.

What I do

Operations and virtual assistant support, web development (with SEO built in), and custom tools, dashboards and AI automation. The exact work for each engagement is what we agree on in writing.

Free consultation

The first consultation is free and comes with no obligation. Nothing is agreed until we both confirm the scope and price.

Quotes and scope

Prices on this site are starting points, not offers. Every quote is scoped to your project. If the scope changes after we agree, I'll tell you and re-quote before doing the extra work.

Payment

• Project work starts with a deposit, and the rest is tied to agreed milestones.
• Monthly retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Work already done that month is billed.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the finished work is yours and is delivered in your own accounts with handover documentation. I may mention the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Confidentiality

I treat your business information, access details and files as confidential and use them only to do the work you asked for.

Your part

To do good work I need timely access, information and feedback from you. Delays on your side can move the timeline.

Limits

I do my best work, but I can't guarantee business results, search rankings or traffic. My liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid me for that work.
